JUDGING Each day, all successful anglers will have their tag placed in a drum for the daily draw.
- Check-in tag must be with the fish entered by the
designated check-in time.
- All legally caught fish must be entered at boat check-
In station by each entrant
- Failure to return boat tag each day will result in
disqualification of all prizes for that day.

GRAND PRIZE - Big Fish Category
$1,000.00 For Largest Lake Trout Lake Trout must be a minimum of 32 Inches to be entered. All entries will be weighed at the Red Rock Marina with the heaviest Lake Trout taking the prize. All entries are also eligible for daily draws. In the event of a tie, the 1st Lake Trout entered shall be declared the winner.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS All boats must follow the Canadian Government Vessel Regulations. Boats with VHF will be monitoring Channel 68. There is no minimum age for participants, however, all minors under the age of 18 must be with a parent or guardian at all times during tournament play. All boats must tag-in & tag-out. All boats must wait in the bay just outside the Marina for a SHOOTGUN START on Saturday & Sunday mornings at 8:00am. Tagging procedures will be handed out with registration packages. In case of bad weather, all registration names will be put into the drum for the draw that day. Fishing clearance will be decided by the Canadian Coast Guard and Derby Officials.

The Red Rock Fish Derby Incorporated & any proprietary right such as promotion, sponsorship or advertising belong to & is the property of the Red Rock Fish Derby Incorporated. The rules and regulations for the Lake Trout Tournament are governed by the board of Directors (hereafter referred to as Derby Officials) of the Red Rock Fish Derby Incorporated. Club Protection Rider: if the attendance numbers are down due to bad weather or other reasons, the Derby Officials will be obligated to proceed with the Derby; however, 20% of Fish Derby PRIZES will be retracted to ensure Derby cost recovery for the weekend.

Saturday June 2nd, 2012 – 8am-8pm Sunday June 3rd, 2012 – 8am-2pm
All participants should be at the Fish & Game Club by 7:30am on Saturday morning to attend the pre-derby meeting.
- Fishing area will be all of Nipigon Bay & Nipigon
River to Alexander Dam.
- A limit of one Lake Trout may be entered per day.
- Only Lake Trout caught in Nipigon Bay.
- Anglers must fish within specified time periods &
return to the Marina by times specified above.
- Barbless hooks are recommended to increase
survival of fish.
- Fish caught on Saturday CANNOT BE
ENTERED for prizes on Sunday.
- Only paid entrants are allowed to fish.
